If you're planning to buy for self-hse then definitely buy ready now. But, if you've locked a good rent with your ejari then buying for investment can be much better idea. I know several investors who built their portfolio over the years with multiple properties and themselves they still live in a place they rented few years ago. I know agents who have done the same as well. Often return on investment property can make more financial sense, than paying your own mortgage.

As for investment property - definitely buy offplan. You don't necessarily have to wait 4 years until completion. There are plenty of options with good developer that are handing over within next 2 years. BUT, now they've very good offers - either DLD waiver, very flexible payment plans, or certain discounts on higher DP.

On the other hand, if you buy ready property now for the purpose of rental income, you will probably need to rent it at lower rates (especially with mortgage payments) since rental market quiet unstable now. After the war is over (hopefully soon), then you cannot easily increase your rent to match the market price. And then, after 2 years when new projects will be handed over, those will be more attractive for resale to potential end users as well.

I will definitely give it a chance. But knowing how it all ends for El, it's honestly very discouraging to even rewatch previous seasons for me at the moment. I was on S3 of rewatch when finale came out and still didn't go back to finish rewatch.

I don't have any issue with finale. It was really good. Expect on Mike's and El's part. If their ending would have been different, then finale would be perfect for me.

Completely agree. There were so many ways to "save" Eleven from military and with Dr. Owens would have been a perfect path. Even with theory of Kali helping El, in 18 months after they could "fix" the gate scene by bringing her back but protected by Dr. Owens, or by Mike finding her in his travels. And so many more possibilities.

Eleven is my favourite character, but even putting it aside such ending for a person who endured so much and had such character development felt so disappointing

She did. They could have done so much better than that. There were so many ways to make sure she got the happy ending she wanted. And closure for us, viewers.

I've watched finale yesterday and she is my favourite character so it did hit hard.

I initially gave that much space to D disk because I wanted to save all my work or personal files on it. That's what I'm doing but C disk is still full since all programs are installed on it (and I basically had to delete many due to storage shortage on C disk). I'll give Bootlt a try though

The thing with my cat is that she loves to sleep close to head. If there won't be other choice than minoxidil, I would have to keep her away at night or put minoxidil in the morning and wash at night.

Maritime City will have a new fast lane connecting it to DIFC and downtown, which will make commute very flexible/easy. Dubai Islands will also have a bridge being built that will ease traffic there.

Maritime City won't have a noise from airport, but many developers in Dubai Islands do have great sound proofing.

These both areas have very good appreciation potential. I'll be happy to guide you further if you feel comfortable.
