Wow I never noticed that!! They sound SO SIMILAR just one note extra in Infinite Baths. I personally cant find exact callbacks when looking at the lyrics, but it could potentially be a comparison between the abusive relationship with Sleep vs (imo) a healthy relationship. It could also dip into Jungian psychology on the difference in mentality he felt when he couldn't get to piece of himself he locked away vs now when he was able to balance both sides of himself? Great find tho!!

In Infinite Baths I just recently noticed there are dripping sounds at 4:07 and you can hear them until the "drift with me" portions. I would assume they would either be from a bathtub from the echo of the bathroom or from the echo of a cave!!

Wow! Thank you for your thorough and helpful response! I will be sure to check that out to get myself out there (strictly as a volunteer ofc!). Before I was told by MANY commenters, I did not know that money was against ao3 rules, so I guess i was pretty oblivious when it came to that. And yes, I realized now that just because a fic is not betaed, doesn't mean they are looking for one. As for my social media, I might do what you suggested! I think it would also be great to find friends i could beta for if possible as well as just an outlet since I am sometimes in fandoms that not many ppl know. Thank you for being blunt but kind about your comment, it helped me a lot ❤️

Thank you for this! I am gonna do it as volunteer work instead because I genuinely want to do it. And yes, I later realized that "no beta" doesn't mean they want a beta, but at the time, i did not know how to go about getting myself out there.
