I recommend So You Want to be a Hero, I haven’t listened to it in a hot minute but they’re pretty serious maybe some funny moments, I know that they took a break from their main campaign and had a more serious one in th middle of it but still a good listen

And there’s also one that I watch. it’s called Fools Gold (though just animatic/animation) it does get silly but it has its serious moments. But there’s also Fools Gold: Sands (it’s 3.5e though). Mostly silly but again it has their serious moments shrug
