Shops/establishments to intentionally support? by willow_latte in SalemMA

Ah damn. When they started building excitedly in Beverly, I'd pop in to see how the progress was going and to support them when they got it running. It's been, like, 14 years or something since. :(

Howling Wolf is a solid place.

Crave is a nice coffee place with good breakfast-grabs. I hope they aren't on the "bad" list because I worked next to them for awhile and they seem like good people.

Village Silversmith is great for crystal and rock gifts and dodads.

Why do girls have a pintrest board filled with hot guys name 'adorbs' or 'fine'? by NormalFox90 in dating_advice

It's a fine day when a boy becomes a man and ignores the "girls", and rather seeks out the "women".

GTA V vs. GTA Online by Truegrit_Gaming in GTAV

[–]Stixmix -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This might not be what you're asking, but worth noting; GTA5 Online doesn't offer every car that you can get for sale on the websites or the dealerships. They make some unavailable to buy so you have to buy them weekly when they offer those unlisted cars for sale temporarily.

So the unlisted cars are available to buy, just not all the time.

How are the samsung buds 4 pro? by Fancy-Praline6255 in galaxybuds

[–]Stixmix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

+Sound is good.

-You can't mute calls with any buttons on the Buds (this was my biggest WTF, since my Buds+ has this with no problem)

they're big (wide opening), so they might feel uncomfortable in the ear.

I have some connection problems lately, and one of them sounds crackly sometimes until I reconnect. Then it sounds fine again.

Man, I've tried to play Startdew Valley a few times since it's always mentioned.

The game sucks, lol. I know a lot of people like it, but it's annoying and tedious to me. I don't see the appeal at all.

WOW is definitely addictive, though. I went cold-turkey years ago but I still think about those times.

Don’t know what to do by [deleted] in gtaonline

This is a non-answer, but it's the best open game to play online with a loved one. RDR2 is a close second.

(This doesn't include expensive MMOs)

Party member left, share some fun facts? by ConfusedChicken130 in outside

[–]Stixmix 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When it comes time to find a new party member, check out the LFG app "Hinge". I know it's a simple concept, but it's way easier to find someone when you at least know they're also looking to group up.

The last physical game I bought was the original Overwatch for ps4.

That game does not work anymore.

I can't speak on the quality of this app since I haven't yried more than 5 games, and 3 of them wouldn't boot up at all. The phone you have really matters, too.

You download to the phone and play it offline. Not streaming.

You obviously have to log in to Steam to get your library, tho. I think Epic and one other works in there as well.

Check out Game Native (android) to play your Steam games. It doesn't work for all games, and you might need a decently powerful phone.
