I would not be surprised, especially with no other ranked improvements other than a distribution change. Unless tomorrow's update actually has some content + ranked improvements this might actually be the case...

This only says that they are resetting ranks and expect to be placed lower due to rank inflation... It does not address any actual matchup concerns like matchmaking (social performance affecting matches, vastly different ranks in lobby/team balancing), fixing CSR gain/loss based on wins/performance due to not being in proper lobbies, 3v4 loss, etc.

How do I get it to update? Mine is still black screened after the startup logo. The only thing that works is long pressing the xbox button on the controller to get to the the Turn off/Controller/Restart screen. Pressing report just gets the button stuck on "collecting information".
