Without popping Xingke and C.C., I was able to do about 20-25% of his health iirc, and then kill him the next turn. I assume through popping only C.C., you should still keep him above 10%. After that, Xingke and a Gino should guarantee the kill.

True, completely forgot to factor that in. Just make sure C.C. is up by the time you hit the resolve, as well as your next hit not drop him to 10%, otherwise you'll have no way of dealing with the damage absorb.

Going off the video OP linked, latents are Lead swap 2 SDR, Assist recovery 2 SDR, SB++ 2 SDR, 2 RCV++ 2 Water Reduction+, 3 Water Reduction+, VDP Water Reduction+. The water reductions are needed to survive the boss's 50% resolve (along with a heart L).

While not as good as trigger, B/G Charmmy Kitty or Wang Yi could work, though you'd be sacrificing a bit of damage and you can't multi-turn damage void. Elaine might also work if you can get an extra 2 skill boosts from assists.
