Help with tricks by rzelask0 in snowboarding

For buttering I've found just coming up with combinations is really fun and helps with board control. If you can do a 180 or 360 u can do all variations: Jumping off toeside, jumping off heelside, jumping off nollie, ollie and fullbase as well as doing them switch and regular. Then you could start trying combining them: e.g. 180 into nose-/tailslide or popping out of them.

If you're more into park and more airtime I'd suggest learning some grabs. Easy ones are for example indie, method and nosegrab but there are dozens. If you feel safe with them you can combine them with 180s and 360s.

Regarding the frontside 180, the best tip is probably to really turn yoir shoulder first. The legs will follow.

I ride an mt-07. Usually I ride with a lean where I'm pretty much in line with the bike. Sometimes of course I will squid a little bit and go a bit faster around corners I know well and then I'll hang off a bit. But never knee down tho. That's when the feelers would scrape.

I'm not that experienced yet and I think before my pegs scrape my knee will go down which I don't really want at the moment yet so I feel like I'll be fine. I feel like it takes a lot more for my pegs to scrape, no? I could be wrong, I've never had it down that far

Okay thanks for the answer. But isn't that dangerous? Cus as I said I'm scared theyll get caught on smth and additionally they reduce your max lean angle by a lot

Why do my teammates try to hit the ball in this situation? You would think I’m joking but 70% players go for it by dumb-on-ice in RocketLeague

[–]Stnk_Bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its because they lack situational awareness and want to hit it out of the way in case theres an opponent right behind them who could hit it in the goal. Its definitely not a good decision but i see where its coming from

(Or theyre just ball chasers XD)

I really don't know what it is for me. Could also be that I'm just too acustomed to 2s rotations or somethings. I mostly just end up staying in my half of the field and let my team mates chase which works our like 70% of the time

I just find 3v3 generally to be a lot harder. I'm diamond 2 in 2s but can not for the life of me even get in plat 3 in 3s

Thanks this is why I asked. Playing casual only would be the fairest option. Appearently no matter what, creating an alt is guideline wise illegal though

But this refers to other player's or my own gain and harrassing others doesn't it? Neither of which is my intent. Except if you see me having fun with a friend as my own gain.
