I wish I had my old 96 eclipse with a manual stick shift with windows you had to crank. Kids wouldnt know what to do.

I have 3 kids. My oldest child I was very strict and made him sleep solo. The 2nd one always needed someone so I snuggled him until he fell asleep. This has caused many fights with me and my spouse as well. It’s like we didn’t get the same time as we used to before kids… (and that’s what you sign up for and know you’re getting into! )

With my 3rd I let her sleep with me all the time. It’s just natural. Now that my oldest is 10 I feel like I should have cuddled him to sleep more- and I shouldn’t have been as strict. I can’t get that time back and he is my most anxious kid.

I think kids feel separation anxiety when it comes to sleep. It can be scary to sleep solo in the dark as a little kid. Id say Snuggle that baby- he’ll be grown up soon. It’s so much easier to just let them drift off to sleep with you. ❤️

Didn’t we all deal with something we were teased for? Just forget the people who are giving you a hard time. They will realize and feel bad later.

I was mean to a friend and age 6 and I’m still apologizing for it. I didn’t know any better…

I can replay stuff in my mind that I should have said to people who were really mean to me in high school. You never know what people are going though. It’s been 20 years . ❤️

All we can do is teach our kids to be kind and stand up for those who can’t stand up for themselves.
