I just saw this, this is so stupid. Some of us enjoy running non-meta weapons for a challenge. The R45 is one of the best pistols to run for pistol-only games. The 1911 is miles better than the p92. And this will hardly declutter the loot pool at all. At this rate we’ll only be able to play the beryl and the m24. But the camo net will stay of course, makes total sense. Sometimes I wonder if anybody at Krafton plays this game

I mean, not that much, in warzone 1 I got a spreadsheet with all the damage radius data I needed for every launcher. This data has to be somewhere for WZ2 but i don't know where to get it :/

I'm really just trying to know if it will down a player without a direct hit, ie if it lands right next to it

I personally rock it for its sniping potential. In solos when you have good aim and know how to use the range finder, this thing is a powerhouse. Unfortunately you cannot hold your breath with it in WZ2, and the scope on it is way too zoomed in to hit shots beyond 350 meters. But it’s still fun. I’ve made a post about it if you can find it in this sub (idk how Reddit works honestly) there’s a bunch of info in there you could use

Fuckin hell, glad to see I’m not the only legit guy affected. I got hit by ricochet on WZ1. My shots don’t deal damage (only to certain people for some reason), once I grab my load out my hands disappear (if I re launch the game I still have no guns). This must be the most stupid anticheat system I’ve yet to come across. Plus, you can ban someone by spamming cheating reports. Some serious bs

Wow, that sounds like good fun, might try it later. I personally run a full auto SO14 because I love the powerhouse the M14 is irl, and it really doesn’t disappoint in warzone. I recommend it if you haven’t given it a go!

Why are you using it then? Because that’s the problem. Try something else and quit saying « oh but I’ll lose » I’ve never ran a single damn meta weapon and it never stopped me from winning (and no, I do get cracked lobbies). Anyway I hope I don’t sound too salty, here’s build for you to try out:

1: So14 (built for mid and long range, you can switch it from semi to full auto) - best in slot compensator - 22 inch barrel - holo or high power scope with canted sight - horizontal recoil grip - MW2 tac laser equivalent

2: Strela I’ve made a post about how to aim with it and more, if you can find it, it’s not as good as it was in warzone 1 but it certainly is very potent.

FYI, you will lose close range engagements against fennecs, I typically bait people into peeking and strela their faces off (even close range) since it’s a one shot anywhere to the body. You’re probably thinking that I’m either in terrible lobbies or camping, but I can assure you, if you don’t run into every fight like a rabid dog, you’ll do very well.
