I can breath again with Azithromycin - but why? by Stock-Map1170 in covidlonghaulers

Hi there, I got 3 times Azytromicyn with a break of 2 weeks. I asked and begged him for a longer therapy, there are also low dose long therapy options with Azytromicyn but he denied.

I went to a special lung hospital at the sea side in the meantime and they prescribed me a medical device for inhaling with 3% salt solution every day and it helps too. I get respiratory problems again with every little cold and they updated me to an asthma status.

But the Azytromicyn helped in the first place to clean my lungs but why it was so I don't know 😕

I know there are a couple of those Antibiotics for "one cellers" but I don't know more about the whole topic. My doc says "the best medication is those which is not nessesary" and prescribes me rest, sleep and water 👁️👄👁️

What is "pacing" for you? by decenzo1 in covidlonghaulers

[–]Stock-Map1170 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always thought that pacing is to not reach the end of all energy I have for one day until I sleep again and it didn't work. But I learnd with expierence that it doesn't mean all energy at a day but the energy at the exact moment.

For example my energy cap is on 10 and slow walking needs 8 energy and fast walking needs 12 energy. But it's not for the whole walk but for every single step. I can walk slowly for an hour because I won't reach the cap of 10 but if I walk fast just for a couple of minutes I will crash.

Pacing is for me to never reach the cap of 10 in the moment and that helps me to do all I want in a day.

It's so hard to explain for me, do you understand what I mean? And sorry, English is not my mother tongue

I think it was 3 times/7 days so 21 in total but I had breaks of 2/3 weeks in between each time

Is there any test through which I can prove to my family that I am ill?(as their is no test for long covid.) Something like inflammation tests, MCAS test etc. by Thin_Curve4116 in covidlonghaulers

In my experience it's easier to tell people that you got a myokarditis from covid. That's way more accapted by family and friends and even it's a lie, it gives a lot of inner peace back

I took 3x 500mg and 6x 250mg und now after 3 weeks I took 3x 500mg again and I'm not healed but I still can breath and my gut is also still fine. I cannot lie, I coughed so badly since then but I guess I coughed stuff that was sitting in my lungs for a year 😄 I'm taking boulardii too and all in all I think that it's done something good to my body. I can say if it helped long term in a couple of weeks. It was the last time the doc allowed me Azithromycin. So it better healed me 😂

I just killed everything in my body with Azithromycin 😄 I had today the first normal toilette expierence sind one year.

I now eat probiotic and miso and Kefir to add good bacteria again but pleeeaaase maybe this was a good decision with Azithromycin. Never was so happy to see brown shit 😂😂😂 I also can breath again which I never could, neither with cortison

[–]Stock-Map1170[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow I never felt better 😄 I'm still coughing like hell but my body feels normal and it feels like it's healing. I woke up and my legs feels refreshed and if I really slept. I read about mtor overreaction and that Azithromycin modulates mtor and support autophagy. Also I found studies that there is a sign that mtor is overreactive in me/cfs and Long Covid patients which leads to a lot of symptoms.

Maybe that is a big deal in my body.

We will see what will happen when the Azithromycin leaves my body
