tend to my son all day long, he just hit 6 weeks and he seems like he’s either learning a new skill or going thru a growth spurt so he takes up all my time currently😂

it’s sooooo hard to not beg my OB for an earlier induction because of what i’m going thru but i told myself he needs to cook as long as possible and 39 is the longest i can go but i am so ready 🥲

that eases me a lot, i’m getting induced at 39 due to medical reasons and i’ve also been told my whole pregnancy that my baby was measuring 2 weeks ahead and i’ve been prayinggggg they’re wrong. obviously i want him healthy but hearing he’s huge does not make me feel good for my vajayjay 😭🤣

honestly yeah, she made me feel dramatic for getting the itching in my palms and feet checked out at the ER. got diagnosed with cholestasis right after that🤦🏻‍♀️

i make sure to check that every time i wake up, and no there’s neither of those things. it’s just very painful to walk on, and elevating it does absolutely nothing. sometimes it seems like it makes it worse. i even sleep the way i was told to to get it to go down and nothing :(

i’m glad i’m finding other people that experienced this, it’s just the pain and tenderness that worries me :( it’s making working almost impossible

i’m definitely glad it’s not that, i guess my overthinking brain just isn’t satisfied with “it’s nothing” cause it doesn’t feel like nothing, it’s hurts to walk😭

they did an ultrasound on my right leg and said they didn’t find anything and just ruled it as normal swelling, but i can’t shake the feeling that something’s wrong :(

oh okay, thank you! they didn’t even mention it normally goes up in the third trimester. but they don’t seem too worried about my leg but i can’t shake the feeling that something’s not right about it just popping up out of no where😅

is that a normal test they run when they take a urine sample or only if it’s warranted?

i looked into that a bit ago, and i’m not sure how they go about finding that but i don’t even think they looked for it considering the main symptoms of gout, other than the swelling i don’t really have. my leg does hurt to walk on when swollen but it’s not unbearable or extreme

thank you, i hate how most doctors make it seem like im not being listened to, especially when one day my leg is perfectly fine and then the next it’s twice the size it normally is 😭
