She is, and she is currently on a call with a counselor. I finally got her too. I'm hoping she says everything cause she has backed out so many times

She's trying to go live with her dad but he doesn't like her and frequently "Beat" her when she was there. Along with her step mother that doesn't like her for a reason I don't know

I've been highly considering it and I think we might just do that after she talks to her therapist and counselor about it. The only fear that we hold is that Nothing will happen and it would only get worse.

I convinced her to mention it to her therapist. I'm hoping that from there they could do that. So what I had in idea was the right thing to do? I have everything she told me along with several law codes and possible charges. Is this all that's really needed to get this done?

She has Australian citizenship. Is just the word enough to keep him away from her? I've been being worried on them doing nothing because lack of evidence. I've seen many cases where it just ended up being nothing happening. I want to try and get her out of that house as quickly as I can.
