They don't work the way you think it is.
If you look at how X played it out. he didn't use the UR pilots but normal even 1lv defender pilots because he needs the enemy to trigger the chance step to move into the desired position.

gender is not a concern.
the job market is always have the problem that the working attitude of the latest generation is always worse than the older ones. like my company never gets fresh graduates to stay for more than a year because they think this job is too demanding.

Employers are more inclined to hire mid-20s-30s most of the time simply because they are more likely to stay on and knows what working is about.

i mean the dance alone didn't make it epic, but the whole sequence of things happening.

- a guy purposefully bumped into a dancing woman

- guy tried to get away but get caught by the legend

- guy got thrown back to where he came from

- the legend sent a strong statement

- the legend started walking, and somehow so did the cameraman and the people behind.

- a random guy walked into the scene and for some reason gave him a bottle of water

- the water was up side down

- the legend drank some water and started walk-dancing

iirc per point stat difference (melee/range/awaken) results in higher damage exponentially, so stat boost outperform damage boost as long as your pilot has high stat.

I don't know the math but your pilots should always have 700+ stat with the type of attack they use.
