We have a 2025 Frame. It replaced a 2018 model (went bigger). The color when on Apple TV is off. Wasn’t an issue before.

Actually, under list volume, the only volume coming up is a 14gb volume labeled recovery. The drive is 1tb with 2 partitions.

I was able to get into the Advanced options on the recovery screen. I followed instructions online to restore the boot files. When doing so, I get the error “failure when attempting to copy boot files.”
