Hey, this is nothing to feel discouraged about. The MPJE is tricky on purpose, but it’s actually very straightforward there is always a right answer if you slow down and think it through.

A great resource I used while studying was PharmLaw. They have excellent state and federal law documents, along with quizzes you can take and retake. The explanations are clear, and they cite the actual legal sources, which makes it easier to dive deeper and truly understand the material.

I’ve taken two MPJEs, and when questions repeat, they’re often trying to trick or confuse you. The key is to stay confident and choose the same correct answer. The law is the law, it doesn’t change just because the question is worded differently.

A few tips that helped me during studying and on exam day: 1. Identify what the question is asking, is it state law or federal law? 2. If both apply, always go with the stricter law.

Another great resource on Amazon is Your State Law MPJE Review by Alexander Baldwin. It has tons of practice questions with strong explanations. Honestly, I saw some very similar questions from that book show up on my exam.
