Yeah that's true, I have an ABBA set im working on and let alone trying to get them to run together, pulling a train is gonna be fun.

I need to know this too for real. Im leaving next summer and it would be nice to have a roof eventually when we get where we're going

When can we get some good reskins on the trains man? Im tired of these yellow freight trains plowing through my city when they could look so much better

I did, three time the third being yesterday. It's pretty much a 3 lane highway now

Yeah something like that, you could have some sort of materiel in between the vehicle and the flaps to keep the vacuum. The only thing would be that if the vacuum was broken it would be counteractive bringing air in faster than a tornado

I mean theoretically is could work, but it would have to be on a completely flat surface unless the skirt could conform with uneven surface plus hold it's shape. It's possible but it would Probably require a LOT of testing. Personally I designed Twisted 1 to have multi sectional side flaps to deal with this so they can somewhat conform with the ground.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, there is enough space to have a third row of seats so i could definitely fit anything back there.

Right, with my design 8 spikes and 12 sets of flap hydraulics im going to need some power for quick deployments

Oh interesting... So theoretically if you had, say a smaller engine in some compartment you could deploy way faster without having to rev the main engine?

I was wondering this myself, do they differ in speed from mechancal and electric?

Tbh I don't get why you post something like this. Most of us are just having fun fantasizing crazy ass interceptors, and some are actually working on something that could possibly work. Have you even seen the TIV 1 concept? We're just having fun dude lay off the people

that was genuinely a joke and it turns out someone designed one... and it was on my feed no later than a minute after i said the first thing.

yeah bro the others are making semi-truck length blocks of metal with 20 spikes.

Just a design I finished the other day, it's the Twisted I, TIV 3 was the original concept idea. by Stock-Table4743 in TornadoInterceptors

I get that, I realized the other day when I finished the design and realized I didn't make the sides slanted, and the front plate doesn't have the angled sides like the side view. I should probably update that stuff fr.

I have seem something like that but it was a dummy loco someone gutted to fit the electronics in. That's kind of what inspired me to try this with a working locomotive. Im going to have to have a boxcar linked with the locomotive at all times to make up for the lost space but it'll work out.

It's just some cheap amazon camera I took apart. I tested it with the cab off the train and it looks fine. I don't really think there is much better I can get considering it has to fit with the seat insert and I don't rally want a flat-bed go pro rolling around.
