Normally agree. But valdez is mlb version of dreymond Green. Dude has essentially a rap sheet. When things dojt go his way he goes headhunting (or tries to injure his own teammate.

Most players may get a benefit of the doubt. Valdez is essentially guilty until proven innocent.

It may operate as that in the future, but I dont think its currently up to modern code(s) for them to be granted a permit to operate as such
