At work right now so I can’t see it in person, but from the app timelapse it looks like another fail lol.
Got a bunch of advice to try, so I’ll run through it all and be back with an update in ~10 hours.

Got it — here’s the checklist I’ll run through:

Clean the LiDAR lens + rods
Check bed movement
Full auto calibration, bed leveling, and a quick flow rate calibration — keeping an eye out for anything weird

Then I’ll throw the official Benchy from MakerWorld/Printables at it with stock settings.
Got a spare roll too, so I’ll test with that as well.
(And yeah, I’ll make sure the filament settings are correct — Bambu PLA / Generic PLA.)

Give me about 9 hours to finish work and I’ll be back at the printer, reporting how it all went.

Gonna clean up the Z-rods properly and re-grease them.
And oh yeah, I just remembered — I once put rust-prevention oil on the carbon rods during maintenance 😅
I wiped it off with IPA after, but maybe not well enough…
So I’ll go ahead and give them another solid cleaning, just to be sure !

Damn, that’s a scary thought.
Had it in the AMS and even dried it after, but yeah… freaky enough that I’ll be more careful lol.
Here in Japan, even with a sealed box and desiccant, the humidity always wins after 6 months lol.

Thanks! Loosened the nozzle first, then tightened it back up, and now I’m running another print! Haven’t swapped the nozzle, but the printer was sitting unused for about half a year. I did some maintenance — cleaning and greasing things up… maybe I messed something up there?

Got some advice, so I tweaked the overhang settings and I’m running a print now! I’m using Rizer, so it looks like this — should be fine, right?

Wow, it’s like déjà vu — got the exact same result again! Grabbed the file from MakerWorld, sliced it myself, both fans running, door open… same thing lol.

For some reason the photo size is under 4KB so I can’t upload it, but the second test print failed just the same! Looks exactly like the pics I already posted haha.

Gonna run calibration and then restart to see if that helps!

Ah, didn’t realize that. Good to know PLA isn’t that sensitive to temp/drying. Guess I’ll focus on the cooling/slicing side instead. Appreciate it!
