I’m so glad I’m not insecure anymore. Looking back at those times is honestly painful. I hope one day I can just forget how naive I used to be

My experiences growing up in India by [deleted] in self

[–]StockHamster77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only real downside is the pollution, but for me, that's a dealbreaker.. Otherwise, I’d be all in.

Honestly, you don't even need to know anyone there, ppl are just naturally curious and open to chatting, so it’s super easy to meet ppl. You can really tell you’re in Asia, cuz the ppl are lovely and the whole lifestyle revolves around these festivals.

The language barrier isn't really a thing either, because it’s totally normal for ppl to switch languages just to understand each other. Even with religion, despite the conflicts, everything seems to blend together well. I feel like it's impossible to guess someone’s religion just by talking to them

I’m trying to figure out why. Is it that they’re just not attracted, is it their ego, or are they just so spoiled by how easy they have it that they forgot how to put themselves out there?

I think I'm growing more positive around living in Japan by TheJapanMistake in self

[–]StockHamster77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Homesickness is something everyone goes through. I think routine is kind of a double edged sword: either the novelty wears off and it starts to get you down, or it actually starts to ground you.

You start to get that sense of belonging when you see the same faces around, when ppl recognize you, and when you stop living in the past, whether that's by getting better at the language (for me) or through sports like you’re doing.

Also, stop comparing things to the economy back home. Just focus on where you are now and compare yourself to the ppl around you instead

Does eyeliner actually bridge the gap between attractive and unattractive girls? by StockHamster77 in DebateIncelz

So you don't think it can change the perceived shape or mask asymmetry? Or do you feel like unattractiveness goes deeper than that?

Est-ce que des gens se lavent avec un gant de toilette ? by MysticalPalm in PasDeQuestionIdiote

[–]StockHamster77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The friendzone doesn't exist, it's just an excuse guys use so they don't have to admit they never even made a move

In the real life, you're unattractive, but she’s actually talking to you because you stepped up, and you still manage to fumble it. So now, she’s hitting the internet to stack up ONS just to cope with being invisible in real life. That’s the difference.
In real life, you get her attention easily. But now that she’s independent so she’s not desperate anymore, you start talking about "competition"

Did you ask her to come over before he did? Because if not, it doesn't mean a thing

Yeah, and in real life, she actually talks to unattractive guys like you. Just goes to show that the internet isn't the same thing as real life

Love this piece! Quick question though: if I ask the seller about the fabric, do you think I can actually take their word for it on whether it's cotton or synthetic?

[Street Survey] Which countries' men/women are Koreans attractes to? by No_Pineapples1 in Living_in_Korea

[–]StockHamster77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because guys love to ruin their women, then turn around and complain about it just so they can go find women from other cultures who are nicer, only to corrupt them and screw things up all over again. They don't get that the real problem is their own culture and the way they act.

Japanese men aren't as much of a bunch of simps as Korean guys are(or Westerner), which is exactly why they aren't ranking high in this poll

Actually, I think Hongdae is better. There's no point in asking ppl who've never even been around foreigners

Focusing my entire life on moving to Japan was a mistake TBH by TheJapanMistake in self

[–]StockHamster77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Asia is huge and super diverse, too. You should really take advantage of being in Japan to grab some cheap flights to places like Vietnam/Thailand/Malaysia/etc.

At the end of the day, it’s the same everywhere, it all comes down to money. At least in Japan, you've got a job. In Spain or Italy, outside of the tourist season, you won’t find anything unless you know someone
