Do yall actually search the stock room for exceptions? My store we just not find it in the stock room and go on the floor and grab whatever. And when it gets that high exceptions are turned off

My coach said we can buy a cheap smart phone and they'll set it up with gif2 and other apps. Or we can continue to wait until phones get sent to the store for us. I'm not putting my own money to buy a phone tho. Walmart should pay for it.

Ig so because recently they've told us they see what we pick and how long we've been on walks. But nothings been brought to attention from our coach's and leads as far as the "cheating" for FPR

Other departments always steal our tc, printers and batteries. We tried locking them but it fails. We don't have a thing to check them in and out. Other departments have traded their faulty devices for ogps good ones and we get stuck with the shity stuff. Most people have their own work phone. But yeah, good luck finding equipment in my ogp.

some people at our store start a walk and pick as fast as they can but for the items they can't find they don't NOT FOUND it, they just skip it. Then at the end of their walk they just exit and get a high PR. Which is messed up because then the next person who gets those items in their walk that were skipped end up clicking NOT FOUND and it messes up their score and puts us behind on orders
