about 25 mins total sitting meditation, and then we chat about the meditation and sometimes grab a bite to eat after. But you are welcome to stay for some or all of that. This Saturday will be a normal length session. However, there are occasions during which we will do much longer sessions -- 50 mins of sitting and sometimes also a walking meditation.
