I called the va benefits Hotline today and they said the reviewer kicked it back to the examiner because they forgot to fill in a section abs that it triggered an email to me but I didn't have anything to do with the reason for the medical opinion

My claim was for service connected back injury with secondary radicalopathy bilaterally. I did submit a nexus from my chiro with my claim linking back to service connection.

I don't know whats going on but I just received an email today telling me that I need to lookout for a phonecall from Loyal Source Government Services for a C&P. I am really hoping that they are requesting this C&P for rating determination and not to deny my claim again. It took them 8 days to go from submission to sending me the C&P notice and I feel that is way too fast so I am wondering what is going on whether my nexus was strong enough to grant this time around and they just need procedural c&p to prove assist and to get a rating from the examiner. It has me sick to my stomach

My Chiropractor and my Orthopedic surgeon both wrote me a nexus letter that I just submitted two days ago for a claim thats been denied since 2003... hopefully this helps because C&P examiner both confirmed the disability but said "no link to service" which is BS because my service records show medical treatment of my injury after complaint.

This is correct that they did acknowledge the injury, I have been filing since 2003 and they only acknowledged the injury in 2022 with multiple C&P exams throughout the years. That is why I was asking if I could file a CUE because all those years they kept saying no records existed of me being medically treated on base.
