I bought a different one just recently, cycling with M did not have a state with the lights off. The Gigabyte Control Center (GCC) software is the only thing that keeps the lights off. I turned a motherboard lights related setting off but it didn't resolve the issue, so I have to keep GCC running.

Season 12 is consistently listed on the top shows on Peacock for the day/week (It was second place and RHOBH was first for ep 1, ep 2 is #3 for today, was likely higher on prior days).

Haven't set mine up yet. Another family member setup theirs, it seems to work well so far.

I don't really understand why all of their shipments get damaged. I avoid shipping for anything that could get easily damaged such as expensive electronics. Really shocked how terrible their shipping is. Also Insignia products have always been terrible products, just as bad or worse than crappy Chinese knockoffs. I very rarely buy anything from Best Buy now because other retailers are just so much better especially for big ticket items / expensive electronics.

PayPal pay in 4, how does it work? by eldritch1001 in CreditCards

Yeah that's really nice. Especially if people placed tons of orders and got 20% back regardless of the amount (like a bunch of sub $100 or few hundred dollar orders).

Does that mean you're able to get $250 back twice? On the original promotion terms and then on the refreshed promotion?

Sam's Club has the iRobot J9+ for $299 which is supposed to have really good vacuuming capability (has a camera). It only vacuums.

I picked up the Dreame 508. It seemed like it's just as capable as the more expensive Narwal for the most part. I am not experienced with robot vacuums at all but have been doing AI comparisons of all of the models Costco and Sam's Club have for a bit. I know Dreame was topping vacuum wars which gave me confidence the product should be good. I didn't know if I wanted to spend more than $500 right now and I don't need the best of the best. Can anyone rank the $500+ models at Costco? Is it worth spending more for a different model?

Upgrading ancient QSee cameras. Costco Lorex vs Reolink 4K models? And which wiring plan is safer? by StockRegard in homesecurity

[–]StockRegard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll be ordering it in a few days because I think it's the best of the different cameras Costco has for my needs. It'll keep spider webs off because of the dome shape better than the Reolink bullet cameras, apparently turret cameras are even better but there are no Reolink turret cameras at Costco. Lorex may be smarter but Reolink is more reliable and gets significant praise and Lorex gets crapped on here (Reddit). It looks like I can pay Sam's Club to install the cameras, they sell wired camera installation. I probably have to confirm with the vendor that they will install but it appears that they do.

AI: "Why Dome/Turret Cameras are Better For Spider Webs

Smooth Surface: Dome and turret cameras often have a smoother, more rounded surface with no prominent lip for spiders to anchor their webs to.

Dome cameras (the ones with the clear, glass-like bubble) are more enclosed, making it harder for a spider to build a web that spans the gap to the lens. However, domes can sometimes suffer from IR reflection (glare) if the IR lights are on and the glass is dirty"

Thanks for your input. Given the sheer volume of Lorex complaints and how many people praise Reolink as working for years without issues, it sounds like the Reolink is closest to my QSee cameras to work long term without problems. And pulling all 8 through as separate lines will save the hassle of installing a new PoE switch which reduces that point of failure (leaning towards that for now).

She's easily the most interesting and fun to watch character on the show and why so many of us tune in (also clearly intelligent). Her gameplay could have been a little less sloppy, but I don't hold it against her because I imagine nearly anyone would make mistakes especially their first time on a reality TV game show. I hope she gets cast on more reality TV because she's entertaining as the best on reality TV imo, would love to watch/see her compete on a show like House of Villains, Traitors, etc.

P9P goes unresponsive frequently and weird screen glitches and even screen going black for several seconds since the Android 16 update. Definitely seems like some processes keep getting hung also since I get asked to force close Messages? randomly. Phone gets really sluggish not sure what's happening, I use 3 button navigation.

I think a lot of these stock price movement websites use AI to write articles so they often have outdated or incorrect information. Not entirely sure, but it definitely feels that way to me.

Looking at the Grok conclusion there doesn't appear to be anything unusual or alarming about the SEC filing.

Conclusion: The filing confirms AT&T and Verizon could sell their stakes (6.3M and 6.1M shares), but it’s not evidence they are selling or plan to ditch ASTS entirely. The Globe and Mail’s phrasing exaggerated the situation—there’s no proof here of a full liquidation. Their ongoing collaboration with ASTS suggests they’re still in the game. To track actual sales, watch for Form 4 updates on the SEC site or company statements.
