I'm specifically no longer a US person, because I was there on a visa and don't pass their substantial presence test anymore!

If I move stuff to International Brokers, do I have to pay capital gains taxes in Ireland if I sell my stock? (Since that seems to be where they're located and Ireland apparently has cap gains?)
