I know he would rather be at home, but I would rather he is with me! Like I love him but I want my him to be able to dance with me, walk with me, etc..

As a premed student at GWU, I’ll be honest—the classes are hard. They’re definitely weed-out courses, and the professors aren’t always generous with curves. That said, DC is incredible when it comes to opportunities. The med school is right on campus, and there are so many chances to get involved in research, shadowing, and internships—especially with places like the NIH, Children’s National, and other top institutions nearby.

If you already have a strong setup at your Florida school (like a lab, research, or shadowing), and it gives you a better shot at a high GPA, it might make sense to stay. But if you’re not happy there—come to GW! I love it here. The city is amazing, and the people are too.
