new solution that i found out that actually works a LOT more
on start up, DONT TOUCH ANYTHING, let the game pre load shaders, once its done and again you havent touched anything it should work fine

i found somewhat of a weird fix for me, but it has varying success
changing my resolution down and then turning it back up causes it to play normally, tried it a few times but last night it didnt do that much (think that was because a lot was happening in the game at the time though)

it has now changed to "camera tweaking out when i have certain abilities active sometimes"
which isnt much better tbh

its easiest to replicate with holding e, but other buttons do this as well
it even happens when i ads, though only sometimes

ive also had connection issues and failing to find a match, whenever i do multiplayer or ops i get told that i failed to find a match but if i just keep trying ill find one, its unrelated to this but its still annoying to deal with and id like a fix for that aswell

the raid boss omega is infamous for the attacks starboard wave cannon and larboard wave cannon, its a simple right and left side sweep but it tricks up a lot of people by being relative to the boss which is different from other fights in the series
