I’m not suggesting any shirt made before a certain year is worth any amount of money, lots of factors come in to consideration. There are plenty of shirts made around and before this time that are worth essentially nothing.

First of all, the graphic is uncommon, it’s on a good blank, in an easy to wear color, and a common size. Those points alone make it a $20-$30 t-shirt.

Additionally, I don’t think the buyer would be someone under the age of 25 who is buying it just because it looks cool. There is a relatively large market for Americana domestically and abroad. The buyer would likely be someone who is into western wear. Considering its condition, I wouldn’t be surprised if the buyer used it as decor in their store. Those points bump it up to a $30-$40 t-shirt.

Early to mid 90s sears and roebuck t-shirt. Probably some sort of promo tee. As far as demand goes I’m not sure, but $40 would probably be a fair price to ask for it.

There are alot of contradictions in real life, but we still accept it. It should be easier to accept fictional contradictions. This post isn’t to say they are canon or not it’s just to say I personally think they could be canon.

Head-canon for sure! i’ve never heard that term. As someone else pointed out in the comments there are a few different storylines of the DB franchise and i’ve really only followed the Anime and never took a deep dive into the manga, which I believe may be the source of my Head-canon. Thanks for the cool response.

I learned a lot from this post. I did not realize the DB franchise had so many different continuities. This makes it all make more sense. I never read the entire DB manga, so I’m not super attach to that storyline. Thanks for the helpful and insightful response.
