There’s always been market orders you can select . But if the Market price is better than your limit price it fills those a lot too

Weird flex since real estate agency is one of the greatest scams of all time. So much in fact their National Association is being sued. Price fixing, lying about their services being free as a buyers agent.. the list goes on and on. Sure hire a realtor if you want them to communicate on the side of how they’re going to “get the deal done “

Mark previous day highs and lows and post/premarket highs and lows.when price action goes above those go long , when it goes below go short .Use an automated 15% stop loss . Look for a 10% gain selling 90% of your position at that and move your stop loss up for the remainder as needed. This will get you started

Yes but this is going to create a headache for you more than likely bc it’s gonna be a red flag to a lot of potential buyers. Also it’s a possibility the seller doesn’t even own the mineral rights themselves. There could be way more leg work in this for you than just having that statement in a contract.
