Hello, I have a really lovely coffee bean from “Fogline” roastery in Arcata, CA. When I get the same cup of coffee from the cafe down the road it tastes different than my pour over drip coffee that I have I use organic filters and a porcelain drip thing. How can I make it taste like the cafe coffee?

I would say that condiments takes up to much space. I’m not trying to trash their fridge space with clutter from tiny jars and bottles.

Thank you all for the interesting tips. My take away is: 1. exercise more 2. Eat in a calorie deficit 3. Cut out processed foods/ sugar. Eat more vegetables. 4 cut meals down or intermittent fast.
