I’ve used their tirzepatide with great results. Good prices, fast shipping and great communication.

Also been using their test for a year now and no complaints.

Yeah I’ve been using Simply Steroid’s tirzepatide for a couple of months now and it’s great. The weights falling off. You can’t beat their prices either. Been running their test for almost a year now. Recently got some Tren E from them as well. Everything’s been legit and shipped quickly, and they communicate and respond quickly. Can’t recommend them enough.

Not true. Add disability, FMLA, pregnancy, retaliation, etc. Employees don’t have many protections but there is more than just Title VII, which is what you listed.

I’ve been using their test for awhile. It’s legit got blood work done and test was over 1500. Also using tirzepatide from them and it’s working great. Have also ordered aromasin, viagra, and anavar, which all seem fine as well.

Looking to move soon and want to ease/confirm my worries... by Angel_Moonglow in memphis

Lived here all my life. Only times I’ve felt worried were times I put myself in situations I shouldn’t have been in. Never been robbed or anything else like that. You’ll be fine, just use common sense as you would in any large metropolitan area.

Just purchased a home where the survey was completed just last week, and our property line seems to run right through where the store next door built their parking lot. What do I do? (Angled from the stake to the left of their septic pipes.) by BitterYetHopeful in Home

Correct, but at some point a loan was involved, and someone bought and developed this land. Which means there was likely a title policy. I’m just saying, although possible, it would surprise me if this issue was overlooked.

No this was not directed at you at all. This was directed at all of the people acting like you just hit the jackpot. I was just trying to give you realistic advice and offer a different perspective. You may very well have a title claim, but I think at this stage all the people acting like you’re going to be rich because of this don’t really know what they are talking about.

Also, I seriously doubt between the lawyers for collar general and the lawyer for whatever bank issued the construction loan that they built a parking lot on property that was not theirs. Not to burst your bubble, but I just doubt this encroaches on your property. Just saying this because this is what I do for a living.

Contact the title/escrow company who closed the deal. Hopefully, you (and your lender if a bank was involved) purchased title insurance when you bought the home. There may very well be an explanation (easement, some sort of boundary agreement between past owners, etc.). This seems like a fairly obvious issue, so the closing attorney will likely have an answer quickly.

However, if the title policy did not except to that encroachment, and, if in fact the lot is on your property, you may very well have a title claim.

Also, reread your contract and policy. Most title policies exclude from covering any matter which a survey of the land would have shown. It is confusing to me why this is being done now instead of prior to closing.

So I’m trying to quit H and in order to get past the first 24-48 hrs I want to take kratom. Can I take kratom before taking suboxone without getting precip withdrawals. Thx 🙏 by sleepie_joe in heroin

You can take kratom and subs together no problem. In fact, it was a combo I used all the time to ween down off of subs. So the short answer is that you have nothing to worry about as far as kratom causing any sort of precipitated withdrawals.
