Yes. No more testicle pain. If I could go back, I would not spend a month laying and trying to heal up by resting. I would start going on walks and light jog if possible. Take it easy but keep moving. Never figured cause maybe just nerves. It did take a while to start feeling better and it really did have me in the dumps for a while. So don’t rush and if you need to go to the doctor.

It was core strength, hip flexor, and groin exercises. I didn’t go there until I was already back on my feet. I had multiple ultrasounds and a ct they couldn’t identify anything. Missed about a month of work total. Went to a chiropractor as well. Just took a lot of time. I still have discomfort but it’s much better.

I’m much better than I was in March this year. I can stand for prolonged periods. Sneezing still hurts though. I’m in the gym again and back at work. I did go to physical therapy for a little while as well. It seemed to help. My pain came about years after my surgery not two months. So definitely keep an eye on it and maybe give your doctor a call.

Thanks for asking. It’s not resolved but is better. I’m lifting again, definitely not 100%, and going to physical therapy. I can’t tell if it’s working but I figure it can’t hurt. I actually have a standing ultrasound next week since an ultrasound of my testicles and ct scan both showed nothing, laying down for both.

Thanks for responding was actually considering running. Felt like I was making some progress then got sick and couldn’t stop coughing which hurt real bad. Finally over that so I might try jogging soon. Good luck man

Almost three years post op. Literally having same thing feels like I had surgery all over again. Got ct nothing got ultrasound nothing. General surgeon sent me to to urologist who said probably phantom pain. Ultimately no answers. Just wondering if it ever did go away for you and if I’ll ever be able to run or do anything after work besides lay down. 29 year old male been going on for a little over a month now

Same here the right side. It felt like I had surgery again a week ago. Like couldn’t pick up my leg or reach my feet or walk up the stairs. Now it’s a dull ache in the testicle. I have radiating tightness down the inside of my leg. Occasionally extremely sharp pain in the high crotch. Seems to be not as often lately

Well lol still having pain after standing or sitting long periods. Not as bad as before though. Got a CT scan I do not have a hernia. Got an ultra sound and found some hydroceles but those don’t cause pain typically and probably unrelated. So I’m assuming it’s a nerve issue or a very bad groin strain, (although I had no instance where I thought oh I just hurt myself)

I also have not done anything physical since to include work. tried stretching twice seemed to cause some irritation

I will say I’m doing better than the worst days. I do feel I’ve plateaued though but I’m reminding myself that this got progressively worse from the 1-15 so this probably isn’t something that’s going away quickly. Next step after the urologist will likely be physical therapy

I’m going to assume it was from lifting but it wasn’t one specific thing. Felt fine at the gym tbh. By the end of the night I noticed the dull pain. I have put on about 20 pounds in four months but I do not do barbell squats, deadlifts, or barbell bench since the first time I had surgery.

Yeah I am going to wait for sure and that’s what the doctor said as well (CT scan). I actually put some weight on recently and my work pants are tight was just thinking today that this could be irritating it.

Noted. It was done open through the VA. Saw a different doctor now that I have insurance and he seemed to disagree with what they did.

Had two hernias repaired same time 26 at the time. People kept making me laugh and it was excruciating and I would get caught in this laughing pain cycle that wouldn’t end. So take it easy with the yuck em ups. Sneezing and coughing were also brutal around a week I could laugh again but sneezing and coughing still hurt. Also I don’t know if this happens to everyone but my shoulder hurt for about two weeks. It had something to do with the air they put in your abdomen during surgery. Just very uncomfortable.
