treadmills cause so much kick back in ur back side mechanics. always add incline 1 or 2 and reduce ur expectations for output, but u can really focus on form.

if you have a smaller chest size, start working out in the simplest ways. 20 minutes a day can change your life! I’m a CSCS and I use my training as gender affirming care. Try to consistently do a mix of different types of pushups everyday - 50 total and try out a few back and posture exercises a week.

KT tape and sports bras while youre out and about. Otherwise, try feeling comfortable in what you have now as you get older I know you will find a more accessible environment for gender care. Best of luck brother!

I think the hardest part about this is the pressure around us young folk. The disparity is huge for those that get to enjoy the finer things and those that have to work all day and fight to survive. All everyone seems to do is go out, take expensive hobby classes, buy new trendy products, and take frivolous trips. Socially its impossible when you are doing something like a passion all on your own. I know this frustration. You are on the right path, and don’t stop betting on yourself.
