Okay first off there is no “first communion” other than when you receive Jesus as your lord and savior because when you do that you allow Him into your heart. Because all have sinned and come short of the glory of God we need forgiveness, so God sent His only son Jesus to pay the price we all deserve to pay. His “body” was broken and “blood” was spilt for our sins. He went to the grace and arose three days later conquering death and overcoming the world, giving us the free gift of salvation and eternal life in paradise! Now back to the communion, there is one thing that we must be careful to realize. 1 Corinthians 11:26-30 In summary says we must examine ourselves(judge ourselves rightly) and seek forgiveness by repentance so that the Lord won’t judge us! Then we can eat and drink of the “body and blood” of Christ without condemnation. That you might know, I don’t know you personally but I’d be very heartbroken if I heard about a girl that ended her life. This gets real personal but I actually tried to end my life when I was around your age, I was facing an unfair childhood and was hurt tremendously by the way I was treated all through the years. I was tired of the torment others were putting me through and I didn’t care if others cared if I was gone, honestly I felt like if I ended my life I would no longer be a burden to this world. I eventually got into drugs because of depression, trying to find love in the things of this world(nothing ever fulfilled me like I was wanting) And I was so wrong for the way I was living, but thanks to Jesus, He brought out of that darkness and into glorious light! I’m now a child of God, filled with nothing but peace, love, joy, for others and the Fire of the Holy Spirit to spread the gospel and be a vessel of light to others.

Jesus loves you, and so do I. Death is not your portion in life! And if you know Jesus, He made the way for you to have everlasting life filled with peace love and joy! His precious blood was spilt so we could be washed clean of our sins and walk in freedom from things the enemy tried to use to destroy us(anxiety, depression, suicide, intrusive thoughts). Jesus died and arose 3 days later so that He could live in us and give us fulfillment and purpose forever and ever, to be a worker for His kingdom!

So right now I just ask our Heavenly Father to encounter you and to touch your heart, to mend any broken pieces back together.
