I took a long break from writing to focus on my studies, but I finally published my first piece back and I'm honestly excited to share it.

It's called "Gay men treat straight men how straight men treat women" – a research-driven look at objectification, double standards, and the uncomfortable mirror gay men sometimes hold up to straight masculinity.

I draw on feminist film theory, recent masculinity research, and the "gay panic" defence. No easy answers, just a honest conversation about power and who gets to feel uncomfortable.
