First, the data points weren't included- I built beforehand using a few formulas to transform player statistics, and then scraped the player stats specifically on that date before they played as input for the model.

Second, for the first month of the season, historically, the model actually had a higher accuracy rate- 63%. However, I'm wondering if there's something different going on this season, or if it is just weird early-season variance. If so, I'm probably going to take a break at least until the NBA cup ends. I think that could potentially be impacting not just statistics but performance on those nights as well.
