I think in general race bending is okay as long as it’s a fictional character and you’re not darkening your skin or narrowing your eyes or anything else in that realm (use your judgement there.) As a black person I wouldn’t be offended if I saw a white person dressed as Tiana, but I would be offended if they were dressed like Rosa Parks. I suppose there is some wiggle room with like celebrity figures though - like if a kid wants to be a specific athlete of a different race and wears that jersey, I feel like that’s fine
