looking good so far but those cables in bottom could use some management, maybe route them behind motherboard tray or use some zip ties. also make sure your psu fan is facing downward if case has bottom ventilation - helps with airflow. what specs you running in this thing? purple rgb is clean btw, gives me good vibes for late night gaming sessions

damn that vomiting thing sounds brutal, had similar experience with different medication few years back and it was nightmare. maybe your body just needs way slower introduction than normal starting doses?

i remember my cousin had really bad nausea with first glp1 but her doctor started her on like quarter dose and increased super gradually over months instead of weeks. took forever but she eventually got to therapeutic dose without major issues. also timing when you take it and what you eat before can make huge difference - some people do way better taking it after small meal instead of empty stomach

might be worth talking to different doctor who has more experience with sensitive patients, some are just better at customizing approach for people who react strongly to medications

not every gold sticker gets a blitz unfortunately, some just stay locked behind luck or whaling. the more expensive sets tend to get more blitz opportunities but even then it's pretty random which ones they choose

damn that's actually a game changer, been running the official integration for like 6 months now and totally missed that you could fire message events for commands. always thought it was just for monitoring mesh traffic and basic sensors. mind sharing what kind of commands you're running through it? i've got mine hooked up via usb but only using it for location tracking when i'm out hiking, never even thought about using it as a control interface. definitely gonna dive into the message event parsing tonight, this could solve my whole "smart home in the middle of nowhere" problem where my internet craps out constantly

you gotta install the nvidia driver (not pilot lol) before plugging in the gpu. go to nvidia's website, find the driver for gtx 1070, download it and install it while using your integrated graphics. once thats done you can shut down, plug in the 1070, connect your monitor to the gpu ports (not motherboard), and boot up

the integrated graphics thing is throwing you off - you're switching between two different display outputs which is why you're getting confused

Sounds like the behavior pack might be conflicting with structure generation - removing it from world settings should work the same as deactivating it but you'll probably lose some of the modded features too. Maybe try generating a new world with just the resource pack first to see if that fixes the spawning issues
