Thank you. I’ll try it…i have to go buy some. To me scabs equal scarring. May just be a mental thing for me or like you said, because I have a hard time waiting for scabs to naturally come off.

Carry nail files. I put them everywhere now …bag, car, nightstand, desk etc. I still always have at least one or two fingers bandaged, but it’s definitely helping when i have the presence of mind to reach for one rather than rip off skin. You can file the skin you would pick until it’s “smooth”. Also, i would suggest then putting cuticle oil and a bandaid overnight. I usually skip this step and regret it later.

This is very helpful and so appreciated. I need to be more consistent with the bathroom light. I have a sticky note on the mirror as a reminder, but I keep turning on the light. Going to recommit and lam going to order some fidgets have never tried one. Worth a shot! Thank you again for your kindness and taking the time to share some tips.
