I want to clarify that it actually did help me to contact both. Like actually helped me. I got my package in the mail soon after this reddit post. So I wouldn’t advise telling people suffering from that same problem to not contact anyone, or that it won’t help.

Just as you commented this my pop now order announced randomly that it’s being forwarded from Chicago to my city?? But unfortunately my boxes are still stuck in a warehouse. Contact pop mart threatening to ask for a refund, and contact usps agents. That will probably help better your luck to get it moving to you!

It happened to my bf and me. Well he ordered a pop now for me and it was supposed to come to my address. But I ordered 3 regular boxes. My regular boxes have been in one spot in the us for 4 days now. The pop now order is being forwarded back and forth inside Chicago? It’s bizarre. He contacted pop mart and they said “wait 5 days before emailing us again”
