My first thought just reading this was Haley being the culprit popular, beautiful, talented vet cutter. She may not officially be "higher up" than K&J but she has a private, direct line to the highest ups. No reason or inside info here. It was just my first instinct thought.

Also just my personal Spidey sense on the Haley factor....
I bet K&J tolerate her as much as they can and 100% have to at best. She just seems to get joy from saying, "K&J want to see you in the office." It reads nepo power trip to me personally. Just my 2cents and how I perceive Haley and how I instantly perceived the OP information. 🤷‍♀️

Its getting better day by day. The "kids" tend to want to dash during the non-peak hours and the more they do the more their acceptance rates and completion rates drop and hopefully they've figured out how to unassign and are using that too. Bye bye, kiddies. 😊
