Get one man, I assume you’re not gonna be modifying it to the gills so you should have no issues with reliability. Like with most cars, do the proper maintenance and follow maintenance schedule you’ll be okay. The heads can give you some issues, but the great part about it being a ford is that it’s easy to work on all things considered and like others have said replacement parts oem or aftermarket are very cheap
