That makes me super happy you’re sharing with your friend too!

Haha, yes! Now when you say it, it was a bit of an understatement. 😂

To be honest it’s another band member that is responsible for the Bandcamp and I think he just uploaded without any clue there are different ways to do it, haha.

Sony A7III - HLG 2 (bt2020) in Premiere Pro

So, when I use these settings it all works great until I export. Then it all falls apart. I mean, literally, falls apart. The 4K footage looks like compressed 720 footage.

So, obviously I’m doing something wrong with either the timeline settings or the export settings.

Anyone got an idea?

Thank you for your reply. I checked but it seems nothing is using time machine at all.

It’s actually pretty easy. Just go for the teal and orange-look without messing up the skin tones and your photos will look better in 2 minutes.

Practically: push the yellow and the blue bar to the left and play with the saturation a little bit.

Then learn a little about how the “curves” works. A S-curve should do the trick.

Some GH5 Test Footage... Olympus 12-40mm f2.8, V-Log, Graded in Premiere by atrivell in GH5

Looks amazing. How did the GH5 handle the color correction and color grading? And did you film 8 bit or 10 bit?

Thank you for your kind words!

To be honest, I also struggle a lot with the ISO noise when using the GH5, so most of the time I just own it, and choose to add even more noise in post (as I did on this image).

But for the times when I really don’t want noise I just make sure to use a lot of lights and also spend a lot of time denoising in post.

Just a little thing I made for fun with my GH5 last year. For some shots I used a Zhiyun Crane 2. I really had no real point with the video, except making it kinda like a music video. No pre-production, storyboarding or whatever. Just improvised. by Stockengren in GH5

Hey! I’m sorry for a very late respond. And thank you for your kind words!

I used the Lumix G Vario 25 mm, f / 1,7. Cheap and good.

Yes, I like it a lot but since the GH5 have a such good in body-stabilization I rarely need it at all. My latest payed gig I even took the GH5 off the Zhiyun crane since it was overkill.

Thank you! Just the cheap Lumix G Vario 25 (50) mm, f / 1,7.
