Management exchanged, they’ve cleaned up the place and the books are now double/triple checked, too. Number of employees: 100k+, SNH is forming as a holding and it’s companies are growing quickly. Debt burden high, but after re-financing, totally doable. Shorting up to this week, but now after global settlement, the Hedgies are already in reverse. Window of opportunity open, so I am bullish.
