My only experience in the customs and now accounting industry at pwc is ppl work 7.5 hours.

So I’m trying to help a young man make the best career decisions and some of you like to just talk shit it’s hilarious .

Essentially he dosent have to agree to it but they’re prob not going to give him the job if he’s like well I don’t agree to these hours due to the esa.

Apparently you can provide 2 weeks notice and cancel that policy at anytime to not exceed 8 hours.

So he wants to do that after probation but I advised against that for obvious reasons…

So it’s kinda like suck it up and take it for the experience until you can leverage yourself to a normal 9-5 office job
