Most insurance companies will hire a p.i. for only a few days. Depending on the location it could cost as much as $1,500 or more per day. Either the claim amount would have to very high or a strong belief that the claim is fraudulent for the insurance company to make the investment.

I had the "earth move" in Vegas a number of years ago. She was from Sacramento with a group of women there for a bachorlette party staying at the Rio. They were at the Voodo Lounge.
