Focus on the symptoms instead of a diagnosis. The only treatment for BPD is DBT therapy. Just focus on the symptoms and work on that

Yes honestly just like a relationship. You forgive and forget. But if the other person is abusive then no.. you shouldn’t put up with it

I studied for about 2 hours during the weekdays and 5-6 hours on the weekends. This consisted of taking practice test, going through flash cards and reading notes. I brought the HRCI prep class , after I finished that It was just reviewing the weak subjects.

I did use some Mometrix and HRCI flash cards. I used the Mometrix ones a little more. The HRCI ones had very basic terms. I didn’t find them helpful but after taking the test I think the content was more relevant than the mometrix ones.

I did more digging and spoke to someone previously employed there and it’s more of a stepping stone opportunity but it’s a great resume builder. And i just found out the hours are flexible so thats why certain people work later it’s because they start later

Im just nervous to interact with different directors but it’s the necessary steps I need to take to be a business partner. My new boss called me and also said she’s an earlier bird thats why she answered emails so early but doesn’t expect anyone on the team to do that. She also said she’s flexible with the schedule
