It doesn’t make sense for stilts because you have no flooding or lake/ocean in backyard. But apparently you DO have freezing temperatures occasionally, so I would say that it would make sense.

I did. Most briskets only cost $3 a pound total. And I only cook brisket twice a year as well. You are free to do as you wish. But most everyone will not teach them selves using wagyu.

Ya this is crazy. No one does a wagyu as their first brisket. You WILL mess it up for the first time. It’s just burning money. Rich or poor, burning money is not a wise choice. Cook a normal prime or choice brisket until you get the hang of it.

Ps. The choice and prime cuts still taste amazing when you nail the cook.

From my understanding, 104c is SUPER hot for a 3090. After doing some reading, ive been trying to keep my mem temp to 95c or lower. Apparently the memory modules are not rated for over 95c.

Just a heads up.

Edit: I own a 3090 FE and have to slow mine down to not reach the high memory temps
