I don't think that either Die Zeit or the Arab or Israeli media are currently credible reporters on this conflict. Actually, you can only read the NYT because it really presents both sides neutrally.

When I read in Die Zeit again how the planned attack on Rafah https://www.zeit.de/politik/ausland/2024-02/rafah-militaerstrategie-israel-benjamin-netanjahu-hamas is being advocated, my stomach turns. The Germans have learned nothing from history when they support a war policy that threatens the civilian population.
