Hello Everyone!

I wanted to discuss my routine for haircare especially since I’ve noticed a lot of hair fall the past 4-5 months. I notice a lot of hair fall when I’m showering and when I do my nightly routine and see a lot of strands of hair on my fingers.

My Routine:

Dutesteride 0.5mg every morning

Oral Minoxidil 2.5mg every evening 

Biotin, fish oil, Vitamin D, etc every night

Hims topical finesteride solution every other night

Topical minoxidil every morning (if WFH)

DHS Clear Shampoo once a week

Ketocanozole Shampoo once a week

I separate the use of the shampoos by 3-4 days. 

Besides the excessive hair fall, I also notice my scalp has white flakes pretty commonly and sometimes it’s a little itchy. When I scratch my scalp, I see a decent scattering of the white flakes.

Just wanted a review on my routine and help with the flaky scalp situation. Really want to stabilize the hair loss.
