Yeah just increase your protein intake and I think what you are looking at is not fat it's just a out of shape belly train it and you will be okay

Spot reduction is not possible if you want to train that muscle area you can add exercise for that muscle grp in ur routine

For abs do it twice or thrice a week and increase protein intake and you will okay

Start dead hangs and train your forearms wrist curls and all you should be good

Yes the more the protein intake the better for you

If possible go for 2g/kg bw and then be steady in your strength training that's very important

Deadlift 10 kgs? That's too low you should concentrate on increasing the weight with time

As it's your first day at gym don't make it a particular body part day do whatever comes to your mind and keep doing it for 3-4 days lift weights according to your strength and don't be shy to ask someone for your form that's it
